Here at sage with zest, there is nothing we enjoy more than creating wonderful unique MENUES with our couples.  Over the years we have had the opportunitY to create some fantastic fusion and traditional dishes.

Chicken breast - Roasted with an infusion of garlic and butter 

Pork loin - with a crispy crackling and apple sauce 

Roast beef - cooked with our chefs own rosemary (plus £4.50pp)

Roast lamb (plus £4.50pp) served with cracked black sea salt and our own herb infusion 

Duck breast - Pan fried 

Roast ham - Cooked with honey and cloves 

Cod Loin ( plus 3.50)

Samon (plus 3.00)

Seabass fillet (plus £3.00)
