Margherita - fresh tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and just a few leaves of basil.
Pepperoni - fresh tomato sauce topped with pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, and another layer of pepperoni; dusted with fresh parmesan.
Green - homemade pesto topped with sliced green peppers, goat's cheese, and rocket.
BBQ Chicken - BBQ sauce topped with fresh mozzarella, Gouda, cooked chicken, red onion, and coriander.
Hawaiian - fresh tomato sauce topped with cheese, ham, and pineapple - a retro delight!

A classic base made with coconut cream, fish sauce, garlic, fresh ginger, lime leaves, green beans and butternut squash.

SOMERSET HOG ROAST
Our Somerset free range hogs are cooked for a minimum of 12 hours on a professional spit.
The meat is succulent and juicy and served in a floured bap with apricot stuffing and apple sauce.
Add goose fat roast potatoes for an additional £3.00 per person
Served wtith green leaf and coleslaw and lots of crackling!
