The below menus are offered only to couples on the Midweek, Winter/Spring & House Party Wedding Offer.

Please choose one option from each course for all guests. Table linen is provided for a minimum number of seated guests per table – we can serve to the ballroom providing guest numbers are over 80 

The offer menu includes 

3 courses (canapés can be added for 8.50pp)

Evening nibbles (a small cheese board)

Starters

Beetroot cured salmon, horseradish and lemon dressing served with a leafy side salad and melba toast 

 Creamy broccoli and stilton soup or home made chicken broth soup  served with farmhouse sharing loaf and salted butter  

Prawn and smashed avocado bruschetta

 Parma ham served with an Italian tomato basil and mozzarella side salad 

Brussels pate with Melba toast and salted farm house butter served with sticky whisky glaze

Mezza sharing platter with mixed meat,olives,flat breads,dips,vegetable sticks,cheese selection, potted farmhouse butter ,fresh garden grapes.

 

Main Course

Roast duck breast served with root mash, watercress and a red current and port jus 

Pesto salmon served with buttered crushed new potato’s and watercress served with a rockets and watercress side salad

Chicken supreme with fondant potato and butter broccoli

Roast pork with cheddar mash and a cider jus   

Mushroom stroganoff served with wild rice and rocket salad 

Vegetable moussaka served with garlic and chilli sour dough bread 

Charred Butternut squash and vegetable risotto 

Vegetable or quorn lentil curry served with wild rice and traditional sides 

Traditional pie choice of chicken and wild mushroom – spicy vegetable – steak and ail served with a choice of potato, jus and vegetable -

Beef Bourginion served with creamy cheddar mash and garlic infused green beans

Indulgent chocolate Tort served with caramel sauce and raspberry sorbet 

Lemon tart served with vanilla extra thick double cream 

Banoffee meringue served with maggot sorbet and fresh raspberry’s 

Vanilla and strawberry cheesecake served with extra thick double cream and fresh strawberries
